Mats Wilhelmsson, Ph.D.

Mats Wilhelmsson is professor in applied financial economics at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) since 2008. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Stockholm in Economics and his Ph.D. in real estate economics from KTH in 2000. He is deputy director of the Center for Banking and Finance at KTH and his research is in the field of housing, real estate and urban economics.
