Dr. Kaufman-Shriqui is an epidemiologist and a registered dietitian. Dr. Kaufman-Shriqui is a faculty member at the School of Health Sciences, Department of Nutrition Sciences at Ariel University, Israel, and an affiliated scientist in the Affiliated scientist, the Center for Urban Health Solutions (C-UHS), St., Michael’s Hospital, Toronto, Canada. Dr. Kaufman-Shriqui’s research focuses on investigating social, economic, and environmental causes of nutrition-related chronic diseases among various populations.
