Kiyoung Chang, Ph.D.

Professor, Muma College of Business, University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee

Dr. Kiyoung Chang is born in Republic of Korea and received his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is currently teaching advanced corporate finance and principles of finance at University of South Florida (USF). Before he comes to USF, he taught at Indiana University South Bend and University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He served as a president of the Korea America Finance Association (KAFA) and an executive editor of Global Business & Finance Review. His current research interests include corporate social responsibility (CSR), corporate governance, labor union, and international corporate finance.  He has published in prestigious journals like Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Corporate Finance, Financial Management, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Financial Research, Financial Review, and etc.
