Wayne Niederhauser

Wayne is a co-owner of CW Management Corporation, a real estate development company located in West Jordan.  CW focuses on residential and commercial projects that enhance a quality lifestyle and the surrounding community. He served in the Utah State Legislature from 2010 -2018.  From 2012 to 2016 he served as president of the Utah Senate. Prior to that, he served as Majority Whip. He serves on the Board of Directors for Columbus.
