Victor L. Crawford

Victor L. Crawford is the Chief Operating Officer for Aramark, a position he assumed when he joined Aramark in September 2012. Since joining Aramark, Mr. Crawford has assumed additional line of business responsibilities for Education & Business Services. Mr. Crawford is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to these fast growing business sectors in Aramark’s portfolio. Mr. Crawford is also responsible to drive sustainable top-line growth, maximize service and productivity and ensuring Aramark continues to build a great place to work.

Mr. Crawford is a results –oriented executive with a solid record of significant improved operational and financial performance through the design and implementation of process refinement, innovative systems, and expense reduction, restructuring and talent development.

Mr. Crawford was the President of PepsiCo Beverages, a role in which he lead the company’s North American operating business, and guided the field leadership in the United States, Canada and Mexico until his retirement from PepsiCo in February 2012

Prior to becoming President, Mr. Crawford served as Executive Vice President of Supply Chain and System transformation. In this position, he was instrumental in the integration of PepsiCo’s anchor bottlers and the establishments of one seamless supply chain for the company’s beverage portfolio. Between January 2006 and December 2009, Mr. Crawford was Senior Vice President Global Operations & System Transformation. Between December 2005 and January 2006, Mr. Crawford was Senior Vice President & General Manager of the Mid Atlantic Business Unit.

Prior to returning to Pepsi in 2005, Mr. Crawford spent five years at Marriot International. Mr. Crawford was Chief Operating Officer for the North America Lodging Operation’s Eastern Division from January 2003 to December 2005. He joined Marriott in August 2000 and served as the Executive Vice President of Marriott Distribution Services until January 2003.

Mr. Crawford spent the early years of his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Michigan based Federal Mogul Corporation. In 1990, he joined the Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company in Michigan and quickly progressed through several finance, operations, sales and marketing roles in Michigan and Ohio. In 1998, He was appointed Vice President of the Greater Chicago Division of Pepsi-Cola General Bottlers, Inc.

Mr. Crawford is a Board of Director for Dave & Busters Inc., a Board of Trustee for the National Urban League, a member of the Executive Leadership Council and has been recognized by Black Enterprise and Savoy magazines in their “100 Most Influential Blacks in Corporate America”.

Mr. Crawford earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Boston College, where he was a four-year letterman in football.
