Robert G. Pedersen, II

Mr. Pedersen leads overall vision, direction and strategic executive leadership for ZAGG Inc. by bringing over 25 years experience in executive management, sales, marketing, and communications with his entrepreneurial zeal. As the co-founder of ZAGG, Mr. Pedersen saw massive potential for the innovative and protective invisibleSHIELD® product line. His vision was to build a universal brand and world-class service company for the mobile accessories. Today, ZAGG consistently ranks among the fastest growing public companies and the fastest in Utah. ZAGG trades on the NASDAQ Global Market (“ZAGG”) and continually delivers a broad range of award winning accessories to improve and enhance the mobile experience. Mr. Pedersen was named 2010 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year (Utah Region) for emerging markets, and 2012 Utah CEO of the Year by Utah Business Magazine. He currently serves as ZAGG’s chief executive officer and chairman of the board as well as being the company’s largest shareholder.

Robert earned BSBA from the University of Phoenix and a MBA from Brigham Young University with an emphasis in marketing and finance. Robert and his wife Kim and their six children make their home in the Rocky Mountains of Utah. He continually searched for new and innovative ways to make a positive difference in the lives of disadvantaged youth and refugees and this Foundation has made contributions to improve these situations in five continents.
