R. Anthony Salgado

R. Anthony Salgado, a partner at Blank Rome, has extensive experience in international business and maritime transactions, corporate governance and finance matters. Mr. Salgado assists clients in negotiating and structuring transactions under U.S. and foreign laws in maritime and non-maritime contexts, such as: secured financings; Title XI loan guarantee financings; ship purchases and sales; choice-of-flag issues; vessel charters and management agreements; corporate governance and structure issues for domestic and foreign companies, including the major offshore jurisdictions; Maritime Administration and Coast Guard regulatory issues, including citizenship issues; U.S. export and import control regulations and U.S. trade sanctions; and cross-border transactions. Mr. Salgado served as law clerk to the Honorable Randy J. Holland, Supreme Court of Delaware.
Mr. Salgado is a member of the Maritime Administrative Bar Association and the Washington Foreign Law Society.
