Patricia Pettinati

Patricia “Pat” Pettinati is the chief human resources officer for SAP Americas. In this role she is responsible for all HR solutions and services for all lines of business across the entire Americas region. As a member of the Human Resources Leadership Team (HRLT) Pat works in concert with her global HR colleagues to ensure SAP’s People Strategy and programs meet the needs of the region’s more than 19,000 employees.

Pat joined SAP in 2006 as vice president of total rewards for SAP America. In 2007 she also led global acquisitions and global process re-engineering efforts for the HR organization. In September 2009, she assumed the role of senior vice president of global total rewards, overseeing compensation, benefits and mobility.

Before joining SAP, Pat held positions at a variety of companies, including Siemens Medical Solutions, Aegon Corporation, Macy’s, and Aramark, where she developed and managed broad-based HR strategies, policies and programs.
