Denis Beau

Denis Beau is the director general of operations and a member of the Executive Committee of Banque de France. He co-chairs the French SEPA Committee and participates in a number of bodies both at national and international levels. Born in 1962, he joined Banque de France in 1986 after graduating from l’Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris. He subsequently received a master’s degree in business administration from INSEAD. He also served at the Bank for International Settlements as secretary of the G10 Committee on Payment and Settlement Systems.
