Czeslaw Mesjasz, Ph.D.

Mr. Czeslaw Mesjasz has worked at the Cracow University of Economics since 1981 and has held various positions within the university. Currently an associate professor in the management process department, he held the position of vice dean from Sept. 2005 until Aug. 2008. He served as the visiting research fellow at the Center for Peace & Conflict Research from Sept. 1992 until Jan. 1994.

Mr. Mesjasz received his M.Sc. in physics at the Jagiellonian University of Cracow, while also receiving an M.A. in organization and management at Cracow University. Furthermore, he received his Ph.D. in economics from Cracow in which he specialized in organization and management.

Mr. Mesjasz wrote “Determinants and Models on Negotiating Processes between Bank and Company” for his second doctorate. His interests include quantitative decision theory, game theory conflict resolution and negotiation theory and application in business, economics, international relations, general management, and financial stability, to name a few. His research includes over 180 publications and unpublished works in both English and Polish, and papers presented at international conferences that have been published in English language books and journals.
