Global Food Supply & Demand Dynamics

Join GIC on Tuesday, June 22 for a virtual briefing with Dr. Vered Kaufman-Shriqui an epidemiologist, registered dietitian, and a faculty member at the School of Health Sciences, Department of Nutrition Sciences at Ariel University and Brandon Zick, the Chief Investment Officer of Ceres Partners. Dr. Kaufman-Shriqui will provide insight into consumer’s and professional’s opinions towards food labeling reform in Israel as well as lessons from other OECD countries. Mr. Zick will discuss global grain production and consumption dynamics and their impact on grain prices, as well as the changing trends in agricultural production.
