Olivier Coibion
Olivier (Oli) Coibion is an assistant professor of Economics at the College of William and Mary and a Faculty Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research. He has also worked at the Brookings Institution and the Council of Economic Advisors and has been a consultant to the International Monetary Fund.
Oli received his undergraduate degree from University of California at Berkeley in 1999. He then spent a year working as a research assistant at the Brookings Institution, followed by a year at the Council of Economic Advisers. Oli received both an M.A. (2004) and Ph.D. (2007) in economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. His main research interests lie in macroeconomics.
