Event Details
On September 29, GIC welcomed Seppo Honkapohja, board member of the Bank of Finland, to the Federal Reserve Bank for a discussion on the lessons learned during the financial crisis in the Nordic countries during the 1990s. The informative presentation, which you can read below, was well received by our membership especially at such a critical juncture for the economy of the United States. We thank Dr. Honkapohja for addressing the GIC and sharing his knowledge on a very pertinent issue.
