Frank P. Louchheim
- Founding Chairman, Right Management Consultants
Mr. Louchheim is one of the original four founders of Right Management Consultants. He began his tenure as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at their Philadelphia Headquarters in December 1980. Mr. Louchheim was CEO until January 1992 and Chairman until January 1994. Under his guidance and leadership, Right went public in 1986 and has grown to more than 300 service locations worldwide.
Mr. Louchheim also won Inc. Magazine’s Entrepreneur of the Year award for Eastern Pennsylvania/Delaware. He previously was President and CEO of Liquid Dynamics Corporation and Manager of Electronics Marketing for Philco-Ford Corporation.
Mr. Louchheim earned his B.E. degree in chemical engineering from Yale University. He served on the Board of Directors of Right Management Consultants until its merger with Manpower, Inc. on January 23, 2004, as well as several non-profit boards. Mr. Louchheim is the former president of Bryn Gweled Homesteads. As an officer during World War II, he served on four destroyer mine sweepers in the South Pacific. He has been married for nearly 64 years to Betty Meinel. They have three children, seven grandchildren, one step-grandchild and eight great grandchildren.
